Four Endurance Coaching was founded on the belief that every athlete is unique and different and requires an individual program to help them reach their potential. Programs developed as a one size fits all don’t cut it and Four Endurance prides itself on having the athlete understand the “WHY” behind what they are doing. In understanding the “WHY”, athletes are driven to achieve outcomes and get the most out of themselves whilst simultaneously enjoying the process.

Consistent Communication & Feedback

Our coaches are always available to provide feedback and answer any questions that you have. We believe in open communication between athlete and coach so that we can ensure that you’re on track to reach your goals.

Coaching is an art and not only takes into consideration key physiological adaptations required from training but the understanding of the athletes work, social and lifestyle commitments. Understanding this for each individual means you can get the best out of yourself and enjoy what you do.

We use the latest technology to monitor your performance and adjust your program accordingly. With our data driven approach, we can make sure that every session is optimized for maximum performance gains.

Our coaching still takes a unique approach to help athletes reach their potential. The approach optimizes training hours so that you can reach race day in the best possible shape, but also ensure that your daily life isn’t sacrificed.

We also provide advice regarding training, equipment, injury prevention, nutrition and race day preparation so that you can get the most out of each session.

Plan to chat via phone or video typically 30- 45 minutes. Prior to session fill in a quick questionnaire to give understanding of background and goals.

Discuss your goals, vision and life circumstances to better understand how to best approach to training. Determine whether coach/ athlete relationship is a good fit and visions align.
